Beijing Booming HighChem Technology Co., Ltd., formerly  known as HighChem Beijing Branch Office , was established in 2008. It is  the wholly owned subsidiary of HighChem Company Limited. The company specializes in the promotion of technology for coal chemical, petrochemical, and natural gas chemical industries. The main business covers technology licensing services, production of catalysts for technology transfer projects, technical support & engineering services, R&D, and sales & marketing.

As a subsidiary of Beijing Booming HighChem Technology Co., Ltd., HighChem (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., (Nantong Catalyst Plant) covers an area of around 40,000 square meters, and uses Japanese patented technology to produce catalysts for SEG-technology  transfer projects along with many other types of catalysts with an annual production capacity of 3,000 ton/yr.
