HighChem contract signing ceremony with Hubei Sanning Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. for technology transfer and engineering design of 600,000 ton/yr ethylene glycol project was held at East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd., (ECEC) on August 1, 2017, with Li Wanqing, chairman of Sanning Chemical Industry; Wu Guangmei, chairman of ECEC; Li Lixin, deputy general manager of ECEC and Taka Ushio, president of HighChem attending the signing ceremony, along with relevant leaders and department heads attending the meeting. Project kickoff meeting was held after the signing ceremony.

The successful signing of the contract for the 600,000 ton/yr ethylene glycol project with Hubei Sanning Chemical Industry marks the leading position of CTEG technology in the coal-to-ethylene-glycol industry worldwide. The project is scheduled to kick off in 2017 and start operations in 26 months.
